Ken and Ellen spent the last 23 years sailing their 2 identical 74′ sailing schooners out of Annapolis, Maryland. These are Coast Guard Certified passenger vessels for 48 passengers each. They still own the schooners Woodwind and Woodwind II, but have retired from the day to day activity where now their daughter, Jen, takes over as General Manager.

Now that we’re retired, it’s time to travel the good ole US of A. And to do it in style in a 30′ motorhome, otherwise known as a prairie schooner or land yacht. So, here we are, traveling on our Woodwind prairie schooner!
